S1 – International Special Interest Group
Supporting those who wish to learn more about telehealth activity globally, to promote Canadian telehealth expertise abroad, and to collaborate with others that share the desire to advance and promote common global telehealth and e-health goals.

S3 – Technology Special Interest Group
A forum for fellow Canadian Telehealth IT people to collaborate on current issues and trends, share ideas, successes, challenges and brainstorm on issues being dealt with within this realm. Act as a catalyst for the development of universal access to a contiguous infrastructure of medical communications and serve as an opportunity to engage industry players.

S4 – National Telehealth Coordinators Special Interest Group
A forum for networking, learning and sharing with colleagues who work in a telehealth program at an operational level. Provides opportunities to share and learn from peers, while promoting the profession.

S5 – Aboriginal Telehealth Knowledge Circle Special Interest Group
Improving the health of Indigenous People by expanding the use of Telehealth and supporting Indigenous health providers through information and Knowledge transfer and sharing, promotion and professional Development; change Management and implementation tools; and Advocacy and strategic alliances.

S6 – Emergency Telemedicine Special Interest Group
A leading-edge collaborative group, whose members work across the emergency telemedicine spectrum, seeks to synergize on its members strengths and experiences in the research, development, planning, implementation, and evaluation of emergency telemedicine projects and initiatives; the benefits of which will be shared nationally across through its members.
