We’re excited to welcome you to the e-Health 2025 Conference and Tradeshow at The Westin Harbour Castle, One Harbour Square, Toronto, Ontario! To make your experience as seamless as possible, we’ve arranged exclusive discounted room rates at the hotel. Please make note of the following dates:
- Reservations by attendees must be received on or before Saturday, April 26, 2025, in order to receive the discounted rate.
- Discounted rates apply to bookings made with check-in no earlier than Saturday, May 31, 2025, and check-out no later than Wednesday, June 4, 2025.
Discounted Rates
Hotel rates per room per night are in Canadian funds and are subject to 13% HST and 6% Municipal Accommodation Tax (applicable taxes are subject to change). A non-refundable single-night stay will be charged at the time of booking. Date restrictions apply (see ‘Important Dates’ above).

- Quad: $419.00
We encourage you to book your stay early to take advantage of these special rates. The discounted rates are available until Saturday, April 26, 2025, or until the reserved block of rooms is filled.
Reservations
By booking through our dedicated link, you secure the best rate and help e-Health meet its contracted room obligations. Your cooperation ensures we can continue to offer exceptional experiences for all attendees.
Reservations can also be made with Westin Reservations at 1-888-627-8559. Please state that you are with E-HEALTH 2025 CONFERENCE AND TRADESHOW or provide the unique code “EHC” to receive special discounted rates. A non-refundable deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold each guest’s reservation at the time of reservation. The reservation will be cancelled if the credit card fails to authorize.
