Dear [Manager],
I’d like to attend e-Health25 Conference and Tradeshow in Toronto from June 1-3, 2025. The conference is a great opportunity for me to learn about digital health technology innovations and what organizations in other regions are working on. It will also help me build meaningful connections within the Canadian digital health community.
Some of the things I am interested in at e-Health include:
- The trade show area with over 120 leading-edge healthcare delivery and software solutions organizations, including a StartUp zone for innovators and an Academic zone for educators
- Building two full days of learning from over 110 concurrent sessions
- Making connections during networking breaks
Here’s a breakdown of estimated costs:
- Domestic round-trip airfare (subject to airline prices and availability): $
- Hotel (three nights at the e-Health reduced rate): $
- Early Bird registration fee: $1,365 (if I register before February 28, 2025)
- Total: $
Following the conference, I will be happy to share what I learned at e-Health with the team and discuss how we as an organization can make the most of the new connections and ideas I find at e-Health.
Thank you for considering my request to attend this event. I’m really excited about this opportunity and look forward to your reply.
