e-Health Patient Partners
e-Health is committed to incorporating the experiences of patients. Patients are key members of the health community and important contributors to the e-Health conference program. Patient committee volunteers contribute to conference planning and in the selection of patient partners, and patient attendees organize patient-partner meetups and contribute valuable insight to the discussions that take place at e-Health.
Patient Partner Funding
If you are a Canadian patient or care provider who is able to attend e-Health 2025 in Toronto from June 1-3, you may apply to become an e-Health Patient Partner. Select Patient Partners will receive complimentary conference registration as well as financial assistance with transportation to the conference and two nights of accommodation (some restrictions apply).
The e-Health25 Patient Partner funding application period is now closed. Applicants were notified on February 24, 2025. Those not selected for Patient Partner Funding may still be eligible to register for e-Health at the discounted Patient Partner rate.
