• Special Rate
  Students must provide proof of full-time enrolment at an academic institution. Emerging Professionals are in the first seven years of a digital health career. Patients must complete an application form. Early Bird prices shown are valid until February 28, 2025.
• Single Day + Social
  Register for only one day of the two-day conference, or register to bring a guest to one of the social events.
• Speakers (Abstract Presenters)
  Full conference registration for one person. Early Bird prices shown are valid until February 28, 2025.
• Exhibitors
  Exhibitors, use the ‘Exhibitor Staff’ registration code provided to register 2 staff members per booth. Up to 4 additional staff members may be registered at the rate shown here (excludes Academics and StartUps).
• Sponsors + Sponsored Speakers
  Sponsors, use the registration code provided to register the number of staff members included with your sponsorship. Additional staff members may register as Individuals at the regular rate. Symposium Speakers and P3 Showcase Speakers: Each speaker will receive a complimentary single-day conference registration granting access to the conference on the day of the session. Up to four presenters, including a moderator for panels. Symposium Speakers and P3 Showcase Speakers can purchase a full conference registration at the rate shown here.
