e-Health 2025 Program Committee Voting Form – Round 2

The e-Health 2025 Program Committee suggested additional emcees, patient partners, government representatives, knowledge keepers, plenary/keynote speakers, and topics for the upcoming conference. Please cast your vote to help narrow down the options.

Kindly submit your votes by 5 PM ET on Monday, December 2.

Thank you in advance for your input.

The Program Committee is considering multiple Emcees or co-Emcees to ensure diversity throughout the conference. Takes the pressure off of one person and spreads the love across multiple people to underscore the idea that we cannot do it alone. Patient Partners and Emerging Professionals will also participate in co-introducing and thanking speakers.
Please be mindful of the upcoming election when making your selections. The greetings typically take place during the Day 1 opening ceremonies; however, they can also bring greetings during any of the four plenaries or the Sunday Welcome Reception. If they are unable to attend in person, they may provide a short video message.
Knowledge Keeper greetings will occur during the opening/closing sessions and are welcome to join the concurrent sessions. Greetings may include a dance or drumming ceremony involving leaders on the stage. Please note that indoor smudging is not permitted at the venue.
Titles are being revised, and you will have the opportunity to make suggestions below.
Examples: "Paving a Path for AI in Healthcare" or "Possibilities with AI - and security, privacy implications" or "Data Governance: How it's shared, integrated, and used" or "The ship which is healthcare is sinking. Is AI the Life Preserver we are looking for?"
Please note, Dr. Alika Lafontaine's speaker fee range is between $12K - $15K.
